For a $39.00 donation, you can sponsor a medium Forget-Me-Not Basket.  This box includes everything that is in our small bag, plus a stuffed elephant, ornament, and a care kit. 

Use the notes/comments section during checkout (click on the cart) if you would like to include a name, in honor or in memory of, with the box.

Sponsoring a basket does not cover the complete cost of the item, but your contribution allows us to distribute more items, to more families.  Families also appreciate the personal touch of seeing a name/organization with their items.
